WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER
Every shirt is unique in its own way! With that being said, sizes aren't guaranteed. The shirts are the fitted style. We recommend you go up a size. We do offer plus size for those who prefer their shirts to fit loosely. HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SHIRTS? WILL THEY SHRINK?
The best way to care for your shirts is to hand wash them inside out in cold water. Since all of the shirts have a percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For less shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry. I actually hang dry my t-shirts :) 
 I RECEIVED MY TEE AND IT HAS A FAINT VINEGAR-LIKE SMELL?
Each shirt is sprayed with a pre-treat to allow the print to adhere to the product. If your shirt has a faint vinegar-like smell it means that the printer sprayed more pre-treat on your tee than usual. The smell is usually unnoticeable. But if you notice yours don't worry; It is easily removed with a cold wash.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?
Apparel and Accessories
Once we receive your order, your order will be processed within 3 business days. It may take up to 2 weeks for shipping since all items are custom printed especially for you. Orders are only processed on business days Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered business days.*Please note Code Envee is contracted with warehouses all over the world, therefore if you order multiple items, they may arrive at different times**
**Holidays we urge you order in advance to receive your items in a timely fashion**
 
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You can track the status of your order anytime by emailing our customer support desk at (codeenvee@gmail.com) We will get back to you within business hours or within 48 Hours. Also, you will receive tracking alerts on your package via email.
 
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently do no offer international shipping. This is something that will be available in the soon to be near future.
 RETURN POLICY
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
At this time we do not offer a refund policy.  However, if we do offer an exchange policy. We strive to only provide our customers with the highest quality products, therefore each item is inspected before it leaves the warehouse. If by any chance, you receive an item that is defective, we will offer a replacement or store credit if the defect is reported within 48 hours of receiving your package.
 
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We only replace items if they are defective as stated above. We do not offer size exchange, please ensure the correct size prior to placing your order.
